Costant Flux/Variable flux On Load Tap changers

Hi everybody,

I submit again the question on captioned subject hope to find answers.

I really need help to understand the difference between "costant flux" and "variable flux" variation with on load tap changers.

I've tried to find out explanation in the books by i really did not find nothing.

It is not clear for instance if the majority of power transformers all around the world are designed with costant or variable flux taps?

I really appreciate a detailed explanation on this issue.
