Hi all
for the model you see , I have done both an eigenvalue and a rix analysis for bukling , while you see that in the first analysis , the parts of the liner that are between two wave peaks , have not moved , only the free edges , is the tie an inapropriate for an eigvalue bukling analysis ?
in the rix analysis , I can see there are some Local bucklings , what I doubt is also the type of load , I have put a ref point to apply a concentrated load over all the nodes on the top edge of the shells , is this equall to shel edge load ? I know the unit of the shell edge load is N/m , but just wanted to know do they act the same ?
how do I calculate the critical buckling load from both analysises according to the first load I have given ?
