Hi all, I've been developing some open-source software for geotechnical/structural analysis.

Could I get some feedback from you awesome Engineers on it? How can I improve it for you?

It's all free to use and we have a community of around 30 Engineers from around the world who are working on different tools and calculators and improving the platform.

Let me know if you'd like to get involved! Here is the link:

To be fair, when Tribby asked a similar question in the Structural forum, he was received with a big hug, with lots of useful dialog.
I don't have strong feelings either way, but we (eng-tips community) should be even handed.
If he's being honest (hard to know) and offering free software (at least free for now), is it still considered spam?

ATSE:
I believe IRstuff is referencing the fact that OP posted the same thing in three different sub forums.

In addition OP or perhaps a different dev(under a different username) posted the same thing back in February in which both dik and I offered feedback. Link

You guys are on top of it.
IR - I take back my comments. I should have done my homework before the post, like what Celt did.
