Could'nt open .op4 in msc procor - file doesnt exist

Hi ,
I am a senior engineer. I am using msc procor to correlate test results. But when ever i open the .op4 file it says 'file doesnt exist'.
Could someone please help me in fixing this. It got opened last time when i read it. But now its not...
