coupling condtraint and resultant reaction force

Hello everybody

please i have an urgent question. If i use coupling constraint in the upper face of my body where i will apply the displacement in the tensile test. the coupling is realised between a reference point and this surface the reaction force in this point is it the rsultant force or not???????
