I am trying to find some courses or other materials to help with plastics design, specifically moulding. I tried on the ASME site, but didn't see anything I thought would be applicable.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I bought a used copy of the Plastics Engineering Handbook of the Society of the Plastics Industry. Loads of good information in there.

Also, I'd recommend searching through resin suppliers' websites (GE Plastics, Bayer,etc.). A lot of them have design guides available.

University of Wisconsin-Madison has a whole Polymer Engineering Center and offers courses (and degrees) online.

GE sold off their plastics division a few months ago. You may not get a lot of information there!

Kettering Inst in Flint, MI has an eng course of study in plastics; I had an intern who went there and made a difference.

SAE, has some classes. The ones from the material suppliers are good. As all ready mentioned GE's classes and books are great.
