In older versions there was a view/shade command that would hide that in part & assembly mode. It was only temporary until you did a repaint. This was not the same as changing the display mode to shaded. Not sure if it still exists

The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows.

Beyond that... It's sort of a cheap method, but if you're looking to take a screenshot or something and don't want to see the text you could match the background color to the text color in settings.

I'm not a vegetarian because I dislike meat... I'm a vegetarian because I HATE PLANTS!!
