Hi everyone,
I read some articles about Cohesive Zone Modeling (CZM) and Crack Propagation in Abaqus. And I successfully simulated several examples with sandwich structure subject to static loading, where adhesive joints bond two steels together.
I used Damage law for Traction-Separation Laws-->Quads Damage. I skipped the Interaction Module since all the three sections share the interface nodes.
However, I cannot have any crack propagation even under huge displacement. And I did find some similar problems post in different forums, but no solution has been found out.
I appreciate a lot if you can help me.
Thanks,
