Hi every body
I'am simulating the crack Propagation in abaqus, and i insert the keywords into abaqus:
The following keywords is this:
After this section:
*Contact Pair, interaction=IntProp-Contact
P_S, Debonder-1.D_S
Add:
*INITIAL CONDITION, TYPE=CONTACT, NORMAL
P_S, Debonder-1.D_S, Nodes
After this section:
*Boundary
E_UP, 2, 2, 0.01
Add:
*DEBOND,SLAVE=P_S,MASTER=Debonder-1.D_S,
TIME INCREMENT=0.001,OUTPUT=BOTH, FREQUENCY=1
0.0 ,1.0
0.005,0.0
After *Debound section, Add:
*FRACTURE CRITERION, TYPE=CRACK LENGTH,
NSET=RP-3, TOLERANCE=0.1
1.000001, 0.000000001e-3,
1.100, 10e-3,
1.200, 120e-3,
1.500, 160e-3,
1.700, 360e-3,
And my properties is Elastoplast, Isotropic. Without 'Hardening' and without 'Damage for traction separation laws' then there is no 'damage evolution' and 'damage stabilization cohesive'.
Now, when the simulation done, my crack propagated and as you can see in below pictures model have been broken.

Now my Main question is this:
Did i simulate the crack propagation with R Curve method ?
If answer is no, then how can i simulate this kind of simulation.
With best regards.
yassou.
