need to determine object swing movement on a crane.

Details are 50 - 100 foot extended load with 50,000 lbs on the hook.

Need to understand relationship of the trolly or bridge speed to the relationship of the movement of the load (swing).

Thanks

That will only be analytically solvable for some speed/time profiles of the bridge speed. The load is not important, the length of the suspension is.

I'd just model it in excel, although fancier programs are available, such as Working Model.
