Crashing while attempting to apply lighting

Hello,

I'm trying to render a model in NX 5.0.5.3. While attempting to add shadows to the spotlight in advanced lighting, NX crashes with

"Internal error: memory access violation"

Granted this is a little vague, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

C'mon Cradders what was it? Others are always suffering from Graphics problems the transition from 32 to 64 bit has been amazingly trouble fraught for many so any info is always welcome.
