Create New Role - NX12

Greetings:

I have an issue with opening NX12 new, and my settings do not stay intact. Specifically, in sketch mode, I would like to turn Auto Dimension off. When I open a new instance, this box always comes checked. Can someone help me create a role that keeps all my settings?
