Create Raw Excel Data when Only Provided with Graph

Ladies and Gents - is there a way to create raw excel data (i.e. organized columns and rows) when just given a high quality PDF graph. See below plot. I would like to recreate the graph in excel but done want to spend so much time in re entering data from logs?

is my go-to application for digitizing graphs. However, do note that some of your datapoint markers overlap, so the program will have errors in digitizing those that are underneath another marker
