Does anyone know how to create a 3D parametric spline in NX4?

I am currently trying to make a 3D spline using 5 non-planer points. I will be using this spline to define the path of a swept feature, which I would like to be parametric.

Thanks for the help.

Note sure exactly what you mean by 'Parametric', but you can create 5 Point Features (AKA 'Smart Points) using the 'Point Constructor' and then the entered values will be captured as Expressions. Then create your Spline using the 'Studio Spline - Through Points' and select the 5 points. Now you can edit the Spline by editing the X,Y,Z Parameters (Expressions) of the 5 Point Features, as can be seen in the attached example part.

No matter how you define the non-planar spline (your guide string, I assume), the swept feature will be associated to it. No smart points or sketches are needed, though they may make later edits easier.
