Creating a Corkscrew in Pro/E

Hi there,

I am working on an object that will have a corkscrew at its end; I have most of the object done, but the corkscrew part eludes me. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to do this?

I am still fairly new to Pro/E, so forgive me but it would be nice if you explained the technical jargon before throwing it at me.

The corkscrew should look something like the following attachment.
