Creating a custom field output

Hello all,

I want to know if it is possible to create a customized field output: Let's say we have a mesh composed of 4 elements; I want to create a field output that will be stored into the odb file (with possibility of plot) the following results:
Element 1 -----Value 1
Element 2 -----Value 2
Element 3 -----Value 3
Element 4 -----Value 4


Is there any way to do this ?
