creating a cylinder

Hello

I am wondering how to create a cylinder which base is on X-Z plane? Ansys assumes the base in on X-Y plane.

try to set (rotate, move) workplane to global x-z plane.
Check the ansys manual for commands:

WPOFFS, XOFF, YOFF, ZOFF
WPROTA, THXY, THYZ, THZX
