Creating angled Baseline Dims

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew how to create Baseline dims in drafting. They are very useful but I cannot determine how to do it on an angled section view.

Would it be possible to place a view at an angle, create a horizontal set and then take the angle off the view?
