What is the best program to use when creating icons for Toolbars for UG. I use the Paint program in Window 2000 but the result is not very good looking.

I use UG "tools-customize-tool bars & commands."
I have not used an external program.

It all depends on which version of UG you're running. Prior to NX3, UG used a 16 color palette & thus Paint was fine for the icons. However, starting with NX3, UGS revampmed all the icons to look more XP-ish. You'll now probably have to use Adobe Illustrator or something similar to make the icons even remotely close to what they are now.
