Creating inp file from cae file, in dos or matlab

This thread continues based on the thread shown above,

I have several cae files and would like to automate the calculation. So I would like to:

1 ) call abaqus to create inp files for each of them,
2) call abaqus tu run the inp files

I am in the half way of this problem:


1) how?
2)dos('abaqus job=jobname input=C:\path\jobname'); Which already works
