Creating New Toolbars

I have seen this question asked dozens of times but I don't think I have ever seen an answere that is easy to understand. I would like to create some New Toolbars for various Macro files I have been working on. I am starting to pile up on macros and the Macro toolbar is starting to take up too much space on my UI. Does someone have a simple blank toolbar macro, or is there a site that someone can recomend me to?
