Creating Nodes as specific coordinates and naming the nodes

Hi,

My first post, so bear with me.

I'm attempting to insert a tendon into a bridge model I have. My plan is to use Link8 and string these between a series of named nodes. My model is currently in Workbench (V12). Can someone point me to the commands I need to insert (or otherwise) to create nodes at specific coordinates, and also to then name these nodes. If I can do this then I can just use the "e" command to create the link8 elements between each of my named nodes.
