Can anyone share some creep data of this material at 700-800 deg F please?

What exactly do you need, stress rupture strength, creep deformation rate? If you have access to ASME Section II, Part D, you can work around creep deformation rate and stress rupture stregnth by using allowable stress values.

What I need specifically is to estimate the time to get 2-3% creep strain at 700-800 deg F at stess level of 20-30 ksi.

A516 Gr. 70 material is carbon steel plate commonly used for tanks and pressure vessels. The ASME boiler code bans usage above ~ 775 F due to a metalurgical degradation known as "graphitization". This type of failure occurs over long periods of time....

This type of degradation is why the more costly alloy steel materials were developed in the first place.
