I am new to Creo.
How do I get a dimension to have upper and lower limits?
My dimension currently reads 205.0/205.0 and I want it
to be 203.2/212.0

Wrong forum, but anyway.
You need to enable limit dime3nsions in your *.dtl file and then specify the limits in the model file by changing the properties of the driving dimension. If this is just a drawing dimension, then edit the drawing dimension properties for your values.
It is constructed with a plus/minus from a nominal. If you have 205 as the nominal, then your plus value will be 7 and the minus value will be 1.7.

I see you are moving from NX, you need to change your approach to CAD for Creo as it takes a different mindset than NX did. I was on UGII from v3 (1987) through v18 (2005), and then some NX4 and NX6 (2009). I have been using Pro/E/Wildfire/Creo since 2001.
