Creo Simulate 2.0 optimization gets stuck! (need urgent help please)

i have 2 problems concerning simulate :

1- the thermal and structure icons on the desktop say : can't find license file . I tried adding the environment variables and nothing happened.

2- in simulate when i try to run an optimization or a sensitivity study it hangs AT "Starting Creo in the background" and the log file is like this :

and it shows a dos cmd screeen with the title : rundpi and says :
pro_command defined to "C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 2.0\Simulate\bin\simulate.exe"
"C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 2.0\Simulate\bin\simulate.psf"

PLEASE HELP? i have looked everywhere and i can't find a solution.
Please notice that i animated the model and it didn't give any errors.. any ideas?
