Cross flow blower wheels

I asked this in the HVAC section and haven't gotten any response, maybe this is a better section to ask this question.

I am looking for resources blower wheels, specifically cross flow/tangential blower wheels. I have the Robet Jorgensen Fan Engineering book at work but I am not really finding what I want in it. Can anyone point me towards resources about cross flow blower wheel and housing design?
