Cross section drawing of Bridgeport J2 spindle head 1

Does anyone out there have a cross sectional engineering drawing of a Bridgeport J2 series spindle head that they could send me ? Service manual type 3D exploded views are no good - it must be something full size or at least something I could scale to get the dimensions of the spindle, bearings and bearing locations. Don't care whether it's scanned, on paper, or a CAD file.

You can try calling Hardinge at 800-635-0192. They now make the Bridgeport mills.

Thanks, I was aware of that actually, but they would be unlikely to provide an engineering drawing. I have talked to ex-Bridgepot service men and they have told me that such drawings were never releeased even to them.

There are scalable front and side section drawings of the Bridgeport 1J and 2J heads.

Thanks - I did eventually find those same drawings of a J1 head (which is similar to the J2 in the area I was interested in) on another site. But thanks anyway - useful site.
