Crossing window selection

Is there a way to changed the selection rectangle to a "crossing" window. Like the Right to Left selection window in Acad? Meaning that you select entities that are entirely within the rectangle as well as entities that cross the boudaries of the window?

There is an option inside and crosssing
under Preferences->Selection
Selection Rule

Hm, the "Submit Post" button isn't the one to push to upload images....
