I am looking for a detailed assay of Pennsylvania Grade Crude Oil. Any suggestions of where to find one would be appreciated.

Hi ajnagy,

I recall that in Nelson's Petroleum refinery Engineerg, are a number of crude esaays listed in the back,I can check if it has Penn's crude..
I just spoke to the people at Petroplan(a refinery simulation software) ,they have a wide range of essays, but I think you have to pay for it..

Let me know if you require me to check Nelson, and e-mail me at :

I have a copy of "Petroleum Refining, technology and economics'. It has an Bureau of Mines analyses for a Pennsylvania crude if it helps, Bridgeport field, 35.6 API, 0.21 % sulfur, 46 SSU at 100F.

There's a sample number but not a date. Let me know if this will help, I can scan it and email it to you as a PDF file if that helps. I'll need an email address.

We at Ingenious are the sole distributors of PetroPlan, a popular planning software for refineries. We have a HPI crude database of 200 crudes, which will probably meet your need.
kindly contact at sales@ingenious.cc, sshroff@axiomsolutions.cc

Thanks.
