Crude Oil fred Heater Transfer line temperature limits 1

Dear all,
We are in a process of reviewing/rechecking the safe temperature limits about our 'Revamped Crude oil furnace' transfer line temperature(safe)limit.
Any guidance/thoughts?
Material is A106 grade"B"
