CS HDPG pipe to check valve npt

Hi experts ,

In general connecting or touching dissimilar metal is not allowed due to galvanic erosion issues, what about the Carbon steel HDPG pipe connected to the SS check valve NPT through threading . and the service is NITROGEN .also we are not using teflon tape .

If this is truly dry service then there cannot be any corrosion.
Also consider the external conditions, you may want to paint the SS check.
