I have to fabricate a block spool piece using A350 LF2 as body & Flange material.Drawing specifies material & fabrication according to MR0103.Design code is ASME B 31.3& wall thickness is 8.56 mm.

To meet the HAZ hardness as per NACE MR0103, either i will have to do PWHT or chemestry control of base metal or procedure hardness survey as per RP 0472.

I am trying to go for PWHT after welding of block to flange but problem is that i have to weld thin wall ss buffers also on block body.So there will be CS/SS weld joint also.
I don't have weld procedure with PWHT for CS/SS welding.

How to overcome this situation to meet the NACE MR0103 requirmenment????
