CSI BRIDGE abutments boundary conditions validation

Hello, im new to Csi bridge and im having some trouble validation the results from a analysis. ive been using the bridge modeler and comparing the analysis results.

i've noticed some key differences between the models in the standard view and i wonder what difference is that and how to fix it (mine is the second one).

I couldn't tell the difference other than noticing the color of the hoops in the second model. Does the color mean something?
