all,
I am looking for information related using CT 1000V rating in 3300V rating. I plan to use RING type of CT to cable with heatshrink insulation. This CT will be input for transformer protection unit and display unit. This choices should be taken since the electric panel doesn't have space for larger CT with the same system voltage.

I did a trial using ampere clamp meter 1000V rating to measure the normal load in cable of 3300 volt. the result just fine. But I still doubt what will happen in transient/fault condition. My assumption it will work fine too, since d(Flux)=NxdI/dt(N=number of turn;I=primary current). There is no voltage factor relationship. Is my assumption right?

Thank you for your comment.

regards,
