cubic root formula in excel 5

what is the formula for finding the cubic root in excel
eg: cell f12= 38.193 and i need the f13 cell to = 3.367

Hi,
Please enter in in the f13 cell as follows
=f12^(1/3)
You will get the answer.

The answer is valid for all the "roots" you want.

Square root:
=f12^(1/2)

Cubic root:
=f12^(1/3)

N root:
=f12^(1/n)
