Is it possible to model an outlet culvert that has a vertical bend in the pipe? In other words, the pipe length has multiple slopes.

How are the sections connected? Is it a tight seal, or is there a box or manhole at each junction?

Tight seal. I would normally use a "pond" as catch basin with no storage but don't know if this would apply properly for a pipe run with no actual structure.

Any way you model this will be an approximation. You may be able to use the average slope, based on the total length and the drop from the inlet to the outlet. You could also increase the Manning's value to allow for the extra friction at the bends. Do a sensitivity analysis on these factors to see how much is effects the final routing. You may even find that the culvert operates under inlet control, and that these factors don't effect the routing at all.
