Hi,
I have a model composed by a coil, a sheet and air.
The coil is made of PLANE13 and has got AZ VOLT as DOF. It is composed by 22 circles where each circle has got 1.96e-05 mm2. I introduce 120000A in all the nodes of the coil.
When I view the results, the average value of the current density in each circle is 0.493e+12. Bearing in mind the following equation, I=JxS, the theorical value of the current density has to be more of less 0.6e+10.
Why this difference?
Thanks.
