Hi,

i am facing a problem , when feed elevator 2 is running the current of the motor is normal but when feed elevator 1 is started in parallel the feed elevator 2 amps start rising which causes the feed gate to close.
help me finding the root causes,
i have checked the voltage (380V), f=50Hz , PF=0.96

You probably need to furnish a whole lot more information to get much of an answer. From what you have said, about the only conclusion one could come to is that the second motor running drops the voltage enough that the current of the first motor goes up.

With large motors on a long lossy shared feeder line, a fault in the second motor may upset the voltage balance at the motors. That will cause a current unbalance in the first motor.
If this is the case, the currents in each phase of the motors may not be equal.
If the currents are equal in each phase when the currents rise the problem may be other.
Electrical as David says.
The issue may also be mechanical.
