Current issues faced by the aerospace industry

I wanted to learn about the issues that the aerospace industry is currently facing. I searched on the internet about this but could not find a proper web site that explains the issues well. So I thought this forum was the right place to ask about this. I would be glad if anyone could help me in this regard.

See "Aviation Week & Space Technology".
It's a great magazine, and they run a decent website.
There's no spoonfed list of "issues", but issues are covered as they come up, and there are plenty. Read a few back issues in your local library.

one obvious "issue" is losing planes (MH370).

another is "suicidal pilots" ... many airlines are changing their procedures so that there is never a single pilot in the locked flight compartment.

i'd scan aircraft accident reports.

another is economics ... the olde joke is "how do you make a small fortune in aviation ?" ... ans "start with a large one". and the (frequent) rise and fall of low cost operators.

another day in paradise, or is paradise one day closer ?
