Custom formed IR filter source 1

I'm looking for a source that can build custom formed IR filters. I have a 38-40KHz transmitter, and a 2.3MHz receiver on the same board, with a physical shield between the LED's and so I need to get a filter made that fits over my board assembly.

I forgot to mention... you'll most likely be looking at acquiring polycarbonates/acrylics.
