Custom Symbol in Nx8.5

Hi,

I have created an custom Symbol (an rectangular box with phatom border), but when I am using this custom symbol in notes the rectangular box is coming with an full line border

Can any one help me out on this issue?

Probably, you need to , in the custom symbols dialog, settings (bottom of dialog)
Annotation prefs = "Use definition"
&
Geometry Prefs = Use definition.

( Then the custom symbol will appear as it is defined)

These are customer default settings ( if they are wrong for you, Search the customer defaults for "Custom Symbol")
but the setting is also stored in the "dialog memory" such that even if you correct the customer defaults , you still need to toggle the dialog , or press the "reset" button on the dialog.
