Customer Defaults: Custom Mat'l Library NX 11

I've made a small library & placed it in a folder.

I've tried to get the Customer defaults set up so that this is the default library.
But, I'm having no luck.

Any one out there have this up and running?
Can I get a screen dump of the customer defaults being successfully used??

Pretty sure that's where I'm falling down.
