Customer Portal Installation

Hi.

I have been having problems installing Ansys v.11 from the customer portal when the installation reaches a stage to insert a disk with a file located in:

\program files\ANSYS Inc\v110\AISOL\CFXMeshApplet\lib\winnt\MSWin32-x86-perlio\auto\CFX5\Units

has anyone had a similar problem or more usefully, found a solution?

yes, exactly the same problem and exactly the same file. I already posted the question here months ago but nobody replied.
I suppose it's a bug in Customer Portal's downloadable files, since the DVD of the installation is OK (we had to request it to our Ansys reseller, though).
Or, most probably, they've forgotten to remove some copy-protection, since we've noticed that, if you try and copy the DVD for backup purposes, the copied DVD stops at the exact same location...
Not really fair-play with regards to the registered users, I believe...
