Customizing menu

On the tools menu, I am trying to remove "3D meeting." I think I have followed the help instructions exactly, and also Murray's book, but nothing changes when I click ok and the item is still there.

I would like to disable it somehow.

The reason is, there might be some kind of glitch or missing file in my computer because if I so much as let the mouse pass over 3d meeting on the way to something else, a window pops up and SW freezes and I have to reboot to get it working again.

Tools\Add-ins\ Uncheck "3D Meeting"

The reason it might be locking up, may have to do with your Netmeeting not being setup.
