What is the standard length we should leave as cut-back length for a line pipe?

Is there any standards referring this? If yes, please help.

Cut back length is of 150 mm ± 20 mm unless normally. At the cutback, the coating edge shall be shaped to form a bevel angle of 30° to 45°. For stainless steel pipes, non-ferrous or stainless steel tools shall be used.
