CV conversion to ProE

Does anyone know if "Put Iges" or "Cvtransrc" is available to Pro users from PTC. I have some old CV files that I want to translate/activate in ProE and need those scripts to convert them.

Or if anyone knows a trick to open a CV part in ProE. All I want to do is convert the part. Unfortunately I cant conversions from the originator of the files.
