Cylinder Requalifictions facility to be constructed

I need urgent help, where can i find a company that specializes manufacturing and processing solutions specifically for establishment of LPG cylinder requalification plant of facility? I searched the net for any existence of such company, i only found a few, but the their locations are very far from where i am. I was lookng for any engineering or construction company that can be able to help me that is within Asia.

It is not completely clear to me what you consider requalification. Is it re-testing cylinders on prescribed intervals or after their "initial life" stated in their certificates has passed?

thanks. by requalification I mean that the LPG cylinders would undergo different processes depending on what is required. Valve off screwing.

The processes included are:

Shroud and footring straightening.
Internal cleaning.
Pressure testing.
Shotblasting.
Painting (Powder or Wet paint).
Internal inspection.
Valve on screwing.
Tare weighing.
Tare marking.
Leak testing after valve on screwing


Hot works
1. Foot ring and shroud (Handle) cutting machine
2. Foot ring and shroud welding machine
3. Annealing furnace

Am looking for a company that could provide me a complete solution for the investment. There is 1 company I found but it is not located within Asia..thus it would be more expensive.
