Doesn't Mil HDBK 5 have a da/DN curve for 6061?

No. For 6061-T6 it has S-N data for Kt = 1.0.

Like IRstuff, I do suspect that once a question is even three months old any answer is pointless, though it does seem a little cruel that no one could be bothered to put doncrawford out of his misery at the time.
