DAM BREAK EXAMPLES

Can anyone provide some examples or problems using Dam Break? Also does anyone know where I can download a user manual with good examples or instructions?
I realize Hec-1 has the Dam Break interface, but mainly I'm looking for example problems to get a better feel for the modeling/software.
