Damage to small nozzles

we have had some small (1"nb & 1/2"nb)diameter nozzles (A106/ A333 Gr6)damaged in transit due to the nozzle being bent. My question, is there a limit to the amount the nozzle is bent before you need to replace it or attempt to straighten it mechanicaly by heating.

Perhaps you could use the criteia of ASME B&PV Code Sec VIII D1, par. UCS-79? [UHA-44 (stainless) has equations for tube/pipe.]

Is this on a new pressure vessel? Apparently, this is an alignment nonconformance issue and IF I were the Owner's Engineer, I would request detailed measurements of the current nozzle and have you perform surface nondestructive testing (NDT).

You have two options; either replace them or locally weld repair them, if the surface NDT is acceptable, and machine concentric.
